Each of my Montana yoga retreats blends together restorative yoga for a healing and grounding experience, with vibrant vinyasa yoga flows to re-ignite your passions and sense of exploration. We will spend time outdoors and in the present moment, through mindful movement, yoga, hiking, nature walks, and journaling.

My goal is to create a space where you can explore the deeper knowing within you, the one that beckons you to play in the woods and commune with the animals.

Hiking, Meditation, And Yoga Retreat

Honestly, we all just love a good cabin getaway and that’s exactly what this is, with a daily schedule that includes early morning yoga and pranayama, followed by a hike through the woods. We will enjoy lunch at our hiking destination before heading back to the cabin. After some quiet time, we will come together for an introspective activity. Think: journaling, art, and laughter. We will come together for dinner, before settling into a closing restorative yoga practice accompanied by a sound bath and guided meditation. And then, we do it all over again everyday for a week. What you will learn by practicing yoga with me

A typical yoga class will begin with warm up exercises and continue with a combination of classical yoga poses, grounding yin yoga poses, breath work (pranayama) and guided meditation. You will leave the yoga class with a clear mind and sense of peace, tapping into your body’s energetic wisdom through your personal yoga practice.
